| Administrator | Powerful people on PsyPets. See PsyPets Administrators |
| Adopting | For a 100m fee, you can adopt a new pet from the Pet Shelter, if you have enough space in your house, as pets take up space as well. |
| Adventurer's Courage | A potion you could brew at the Alchemist's. Gives a pet about 10% to 50% the experience needed for the next level. Gives the most experience if the pet is focused on adventuring (defeating). Unobtainable now as The Alchemist's shop has closed! |
| Airs | Profile Items, given out by the Gods when donating to the Temple. There are three different Airs, each of them - when used - give you a special avatar for the Plaza. |
| Alchemist's, The | There you could brew a variety of potions, which raise certain stats when fed to pets. Potions are only recommended for high-level pets (Level 25+), due to the high costs, it would be a waste to feed them to the young ones. The Alchemist was reimplimented on 2006.10.26. |
| Allowance | Every 24 hours you get 10m allowance, a 12-hour food box and a debris (which you can search for materials). In the City Hall you can set different preferences for your allowance, such as 2 debris or 2 food boxes instead of the money. |
| Artisan's Craft | A potion you could brew at the Alchemist's. Gives a pet about 10% to 50% the experience needed for the next level. Gives the most experience if the pet is focused on crafting. Unobtainable now as The Alchemist's shop has closed! |
| Arts & Crafts | One of the event types in The Park. The Top 30% of an event gain experience points, the winner gets double points. |
| Athlete's Victory | A potion you could brew at the Alchemist's. Gives a pet about 10% to 50% the experience needed for the next level. Gives the most experience if the pet is focused on speed. Unobtainable now as The Alchemist's shop has closed! |
| Attic | A House Add-On that pets can construct after obtaining the blueprint from The Smithery. It needs wood and iron to make. The Attic adds 20 free-of-charge spaces to your Storage and it contains a treasure chest which can be opened infinite times for as long as you have a Skeleton Key in the house. |
| Auction House | Used for auctioning off items by Residents and Gods. See Auction House for details. |
| Avatar | The neat little image that is next to your name in the Plaza. You can change your avatar in My Account > Resident Profile to one of the generally available ones. Special avatars can be obtained by using a Favor or one of the Airs. |
| Bank | You can deposit your money in the Bank and earn some interest (max. 20m per day, no matter how much money you have deposited). The Bank also shows your transaction history with all sales you made in the market or your user store, and also all your purchases, fees and auction bids. The Bank is also the place where you initiate and manage trades with other players. |
| Blog | PsyPets mastermind Ben has a blog at http://www.telkoth.net/blog/ where he talks about PsyPets and other projects. |
| Blueprints | Special items which reveal the components of a craft or invention and - when used - let you (the Resident) start that project, if all the required components are available in the house. |
